Ingredients (50 pieces)

- 8gr instant dry yeast

- 1/2 Kg flour

- 1/2 lt warm water (35C)

- 1/3 tea spoon salt

- 1 spoon honey

- 1/2 lt olive oil 


Mix the yeast with flour. Mix the honey with salt and warm water and stir well.

Add gradually the flour mixture into the water. Let it rest for about 45 min in 40 C temperature.

Boil the olive oil and start adding the mixture in the pan using a spoon. 

Tip: The mixture should be thrown in the pan like a drop in order to achieve a ball shape.


Yogurt pie with olive oil

In a bowl, beat one cup of olive oil and two cups of sugar. 6 successively add egg yolks, zest of one lemon, one cup of yogurt, 3 cups flour (to which you add 3 teaspoons baking powder) and the whites of the eggs before you beat by meringue.

Pour the batter into greased pan and bake in moderate oven.
